Our Story
The Beginning
List Enterprise was founded in early 2026 by a group of developers who were frustrated with the state of AI coding tools. The existing options were either too expensive, too limited, or required sending proprietary code to external servers.
We asked ourselves: What if we could build an AI IDE that was free, private, and powerful?
The Vision
Our vision was simple:
- Free for everyone — No subscriptions, no paywalls on core features
- Privacy-first — Your code stays on your machine unless you choose otherwise
- Works offline — Run AI models locally without internet
- Cross-platform — Available on Windows, macOS, and Linux
