By accessing or using List Coder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using List Coder IDE and its related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

List Coder provides a free, AI-powered Integrated Development Environment (IDE) with the following core features:

  • AI-powered code completion and generation
  • Autonomous coding agents
  • Multi-file editing (Composer)
  • Integrated terminal with AI assistance
  • Local AI model support via Ollama
  • Git integration and visual checkpoints

3. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • One account per person — multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI model weights
  • Use automated scripts to abuse free tier limits
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or bans
  • Upload malicious code or malware through the IDE
  • Resell or redistribute List Coder services without written permission
  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans or limits

5. Intellectual Property

Your Code

You retain full ownership of all code you write using List Coder. We claim no rights over your source code.

List Coder

The List Coder IDE, its AI models, design, and documentation are owned by List Enterprise and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Code

Code generated by List Coder's AI is licensed to you without restriction. You are free to use, modify, and distribute AI-generated code in your projects.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using List Coder, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

List Coder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or code
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Accuracy of AI-generated code
  • Damages arising from use of the Service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to cloud AI features is revoked
  • Your code and local data remain untouched
  • Hardware ban signatures may be retained for security purposes

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
